Burnley Play Partnership was formed in 2007. The partnership came together to look at local play provision and to drive forward the new play strategy for the borough.
The play partnership is a group made up from representatives of private, public and voluntary sectors that have a passion and desire to ensure that the best possible play opportunities are available for the children in the borough.
Part of the new Burnley council play strategy highlighted the need for localised standards in play provisions that could be used as a quality guide to provider, parents and child. For more information on these please see the play standards section on this website
This website will also be updated with events and activities in the 'whats on' section.
If you are over 16 and looking to get involved in play delivery we can assist you in volunteering opportunities, see our volunteer section. This section also covers all training opportunities.
Finally for any further information on anything you see on this site fill in the form on the contact us section and we will get back to you!
